  March 21, 2013 Company Logo   e’ll also use it for some other graphics (e.g. Technology Kiosk or Info Desk), so please provide background information if you want us to use a certain logo (e.g. with and without claim) in a specific context.
         
  March 25, 2013 Booth Personnel/Staffing   We’ll create name badges, all registered people will receive lunch vouchers, and we will keep a list of available booth personnel at the info desk, so we can refer visitors to the expert they are looking for. So please make sure to return the form we’ll send you (not yet available) during this week.
         
  March 27, 2013 Company Kiosk Shipment to Fairgrounds   Between March 27 and April 7
         
        You may ship your elements/panels directly to the fair. Please label anything you ship here precisely, so the team on-site knows where each of the arriving packages belongs to! Please use the following address:

        The sooner you have your Company Kiosk element(s) delivered, the more we can help with the finishing touch. We appreciate your understanding that we won't be able to offer more than that, so please make sure that assembly/installation/mounting more than one or two devices is taken care of from your end.
         
        Please don't expect any assembly personnel to be available for Company Kiosk elements delivered after 3 PM on Sunday!

  April 8, 2013 Stand Briefing   We’ll have a little stand briefing/welcoming you to Hannover on Monday morning at 9:00 AM.
         
  April 8, 2013 List of Valuables   We will have security service during the nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
         
        We’ll provide a form/list (not yet available) to fill out to “register” your valuables so they’ll be covered by an insurance should anything be missing or incomplete after the show. The security people are told to check on those items during their shift.
         
  April 12, 2013 Dismantling   Dismantling starts at 6 p.m. – no earlier! . Please take care of your Company Kiosk element!
         
        Please note: You may want to instruct one of the people having booth duty on Friday to secure all valuable items! They should either directly take them away or hand them over to our booth builders. We can only secure items we have been made aware of!
         
  April 13, 2013 Dismantling   Please retrieve your Kiosk elements, your devices, all flyer/brochures, and all personal belongings by no later than 12 PM. Please take care of your Company Kiosk element! We can only store it in emergencies and only after prior consultation. We kindly have to ask you to bear any warehousing/shipping costs.
         
        Please note that anything left in the booth after Saturday noon will be disposed of.

Terms of Participation
 
The organizers of the Field Communication Lounge shall provide all interested parties with reasonable opportunities to participate in the trade fair booth of the Field Communication Lounge. Excluded are any exhibits or presentations that are not in line with the objectives of the Field Communication Lounge.
 
Please note that the concept and design and the individual technology presentations will be specified internally by the respective organizations. These are still in the planning stage at the time of writing, and individual concept changes are still possible. The Field Communication Lounge reserves the right to cancel projects in case of low demand or to adjust the prices after consultation with interested parties.
 
Co‐exhibitors (sponsors) that elect to participate with a company kiosk will receive the boards for their individual presentations 1 to 2 months in advance (delivery is free of charge). The board will come with an instruction manual for use by the co‐exhibitor in creating graphics for the board. Each co‐exhibitor is responsible for the timely delivery of their board to the Field Communication Lounge booth (no later than 2 PM on the last setup day).
 
In principle, the organizers of the Field Communication Lounge shall not be liable for exhibits that are damaged or arrive too late.
 
The Company Kiosks and the optional marketing fee will be invoiced by PROFIBUS & PROFINET International 1 to 2 months before the start of the trade fair. The technology presentations will be billed by the respective organizations.
 
All prices are exclusive of statutory value‐added tax.

Hall Location and Other Information    
     
The FCL is located in Halle 9 Stand D76    
     
The FCL stand location has moved from its location at the back of Hall 9 to a new position where Siemens stand used to be positioned. The stand is 26m x 22m. We are located along the technology tour that runs along the main aisles in Halle 9.

Our new booth location is depicted with adjacent companies. Siemens changed booth locations for this year which made the space we are in availbale. We are co-located diagonally from the Siemens booth.

Board Information
     
Printing/laminating and transport: €125
(Deadline: March 21, high resolution document, 150 dpi with min. 3 mm crop marks)
     
     
We may send out company kiosk elements to you. However, overseas/international shipping takes long time. It is also costly and we would have to ask you bear the shipping costs, the cost of any import duties etc.
 
  1. We can also offer you the following: We could have your kiosk element(s) printed, laminated, and delivered to Hannover for you. If you choose B, please let us know.
 
For 125,- Euro we can offer printing, laminating, delivering, and if applicable mounting one or two devices. We may kindly ask you to bear any additional costs such as import duties, or additional time our graphic designer may need.
 
e’d ask you to email a high resolution pdf with at least 3 mm crop marks by March 21. This should be released and ready for printing, without any adjustments/modifications needed.
 
YOu may ant to bring your devices to Hannover or ship them to our booth builder.

Company Kiosk To Do List

 

     
    1. If you do not have a display board or want to replace your existing display board, you need to get one. We can print it or you can your choice.
          a. If you need a board see the Tab above titled "kiosk Board Info
         b. You need to have the board available for us to mount on April 6 or 7. Do not wait until Monday, the show begins on Monday. We will not mount boards after 3PM on Sunday.
     
    2. If you are shipping directly to the fair, please read the Tab above titled "Shipping to the booth"
     
    3. If you ship to the booth, you must be a co-exhibitor or else make arrangements with one of the Foundations for the shipment. You will also be responsible for shipping the items out or make arrangements with Keith (HCF) or Birte (PI) to handle the shipments.

 

 

 

 

Shipping to the Booth

 

Shipments directly to the booth should use the followig address: Prior to shipment please notify Birte or Keith of the shipment information so that we know to look for it at the stand.

Anyone shipping from outside the EU will need to make arrangements with the freight forwarder for the show. The deadline for direct air shipments with the freight forwarder is March 18, 2013. You must be a co-exhibitor to contract for direct shipment. If you are not a co-exhibitor please contact Keith for details on how to proceed. The following information for the freight forwarder should be used for US shipments.:
